SUBMISSION GUIDELINES



1. The works to be sent for STRADIGMA.COM e-journal must include analysis and future projections. The works are supposed to be original in the sense of suggesting a new dimension to the topic, and preferably unpublished in any publication.

2. In the case that the works are found appropriate for publishing, all the publication rights belong to FORSNET Information Technologies and Publishing Co. Ltd. It is obligatory to make citations when quoting from the published works. Using of a full article is dependent upon the permission of the periodical.

3. The works are published after the evaluation of the Publication-Consultative Committee.

4. The translations with scientific value are published after comparison with the original text. The translations must be sent with the written permissions of the writer and the publisher of the source, and the original text must be included.

5. The works must not contain any expression of offense or insult towads any person, institution, establishment, state or society.

6. The articles must be at least 3000 and at most 7000 words, including the footnotes.

7. The articles must be written in Word program(2.0-7.0), with Times New Roman font. The caracter must be 12 points for the text, and 10 points for the footnotes.

8. A summary/abstract below 200 words must be included to the articles.

9. The responsibility of the works belong to their authors. The oppinions included in them cannot be attributed to the e-journal.

10. The articles are not returned whether they are published or not. The oppinions of the readers to be sent for the “Reader’s Corner” must not exceed 3 pages.

11. The writers must attach address, phone number, e-mail, fax, word and page number, and information on the used program to their Works, and e-mail it to makale@stradigma.com, or mail it saved in a floppy disc.

12. The copyright loyalties of the articles to be published are paid within the month following the publication date. In the case that a certain article is sent both in English and Turkish, payment will be made for the total number of pages of both versions. for the original articles which were requested by Stradigma, a different copyright royalty which is determined by our periodical will be paid.

13. The citations for the sources which were used for the preparation of the articles must be shown as endnotes, according to the examples below. In the case that more than one citations are made to a source, the surname of the writer, the title of the work, and page number must be used.

a- Book or article with one writer:

i-Book: Name and surname of the writer, name of the book(bold), place of publication, publishing house, date of publishing, page number (p.).
ii-Article: Name and surname of the writer, name of the article (in quotaton mark), the periodicle of the article(bold), volume (V.), number(No:), (year), page number(p.).

b- Book or article with one writers:

i-Book: Name and surname of the writer and name and surname of the writer, name of the book(bold), place of publication, publishing house, date of publishing, page number(p.).
ii-Article: Name and surname of the writer and name and surname of the writer, name of the article (in quotaton mark), the periodicle of the article(bold), volume (V.), number(No:), (year), page number(p.).

c- Book or article with three writers:

i-Book: Name and surname of the writer and name and surname of the writer and name and surname of the writer, name of the book(bold), place of publication, publishing house, date of publishing, page number(p.).
ii-Article: Name and surname of the writer and name and surname of the writer, and name and surname of the writer, name of the article (in quotaton mark), the periodicle of the article(bold), volume (V.), number(No:), (year), page number(p.).

d- Book or article with more than three writers:

i-Book: Name and surname of the writer et al., name of the book(bold), place of publication, publishing house, date of publishing, page number(p.).
ii-Article: Name and surname of the writer et al., name of the article (in quotaton mark), the periodicle of the article(bold), volume (V.), number(No:), (year), page number(p.).

e- Archive documents: the name of the cited archive(bold), (held that the first citation is clearly explained, in the rest of the uses abbreviations can be used), classification name, title, number(No:), date.

f- Official or private publications, reports etc. with unknown writers: name of the work(bold), place of publication, publisher, publication date, page number(p.).

g- Edited Works: Name and surname of the writer of the cited chapter or article, name of the chapter or article(in quotation mark), the name of the collected book(bold), Name and surname of the editor(ed.), place of publication, publisher, publication date, page number(p.).

h- Internet sources: Name and surname of the writer(if known), the last update(if known), the title of the sorce(in quotation mark), web address<in angled paranthesis>, last date of access to the document(in paranthesis), page number(p.).

The copyright loyalties of the articles to be published are paid within the month following the publication date.
